Brothers:

Brother Raul Tamez from the Tau Tau chapter represented Northern Missouri very well. He stepped up to the plate at the last minute and we should all commend him for his ambitious purposes. I myself was only able to attend one of the two days of the Grand Council, but will be ready for our province break out session at LTW coming in about three and a half short weeks.

Attached you will find the proposed alterations to the Executive Committee regulations before the Grand Council took place and a summary of the officers reports to the quorum. Please contact me if you have any questions and I look forward to seeing many of you in Columbia.

If you haven't registered for LTW do it ASAP. Again, remember that every chapter gets to send five representatives contrary to previous years when only three could be registered and attend for free.
