Attendance: Andy Kassel, Dave Bear, George Gale, Ben Trachtenberg, Bruce Klaus, Joe Hayes, Eoghan Miller
This month's meeting was low on substance but still covered a diverse array of topics that included Radon, gender-neutral housing, and the traditional prowess of the Yale football program. Brother McCanse passed along the chapter archives which include numerous anecdotes and minutes of meetings that may or may not have happened.
The chapter passed a resolution supporting the candidacy of our Andy Kassel for Grand Praetor of the Northern Missouri Province. The chapter treasury balance stands at $158.85, pay your dues! $20 to Treasurer Bruce Klaus.
In checking his wallet Brother Klaus was unable to provide us with a literary exercise so as a substitute it has been requested that the following public statute be highlighted to ensure our membership is up-to-date on their responsibilities of Missouri citizenary.
Missouri’s public statutes consider the passing of gas a peace distrubance, prosecutible as a class B misdeameanor.
574.010. 1. A person commits the crime of peace disturbance if: (1) He unreasonably and knowingly disturbs or alarms another person or persons by: (a) Loud noise; or (e) Creating a noxious and offensive odor
Respectfully Submitted,
Joseph Hayes Recording Secretary
